After a lifetime in the construction industry and project management, Leonard Coyte has more than a few lessons to share. He embraces that fact, acting as a mentor, supporter, and community advocate wherever he can. This episode features Leonard telling us about the formative experiences that shaped his beliefs and actions, as well as some of the lessons he's learned about getting the best out of the people around him.
