Tina Elliott - Learning From The Past And Present To Build The Future

Welcome to BRAVE, a podcast from the Townsville Community Information Centre.

Tina Elliott's cattle property outside Winton was one of those devastated during the 2019 monsoon event. Despite losing 90% of their herd, Tina and her family persevered and focused on rebuilding. In this episode, she shares the tribulations and determination that make up those experiences, as well as talking about her ongoing role as a Councillor within the remote shire.
