Kareau McKey exudes energy and confidence, and she manages a fitness program for new mothers in the form of KangaTraining Townsville. Her path to this role is interesting, as it's bound up in the struggles she's had with post-partum depression following the births of her two children. In this episode, Kareau tells how her battles led to her triumphs, and explains how she's using what she's learned to help others going through their own problems.
Kareau's story is just one of the many from our local community that we hope will inspire you.
BRAVE is jointly funded by the Australian and Queensland Governments under the Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements (DRFA).
